Experience dealing with real estate in divorce situations
 was going through a divorce and needed to sell my home. I was looking for a realtor who could co-list with my ex-spouse’s realtor.

I chose to go with Victoria because she had experience dealing with real estate in divorce situations, was professional, and felt like she would defend my interest regarding the selling of the property.

Victoria was knowledgeable about market prices local to my home. She was always on top of things throughout the sale, and kept me up to date on things like how the showings and open houses went. She helped navigate conflicts with my ex-spouse that arised such as disagreements on listing price, price reductions, and repairs. She also offered to help look after the repairs that had to be done to sell the house, including finding someone to do them within my tight financial means. Throughout the process she went above and beyond, including working with my lawyer and a lot with the other party on my behalf. This took a lot of the worry and stress off me, as I was already overwhelmed from the other parts of the divorce and recovering from surgery.

Victoria also helped me by offering advice on other challenges I was facing from the divorce.
